Any website that fails to address the needs of their visitors will not work well.  In fact, the only reason some websites work at all is because the competition is just as bad, if not worse.

Another big mistake is no call to action.

So I’ve visited your website.  I’m interested in what you have to offer.  Now what do I do?

Maybe I’m only half-interested, so where do I go from here?

Can you guess what the call to action on this website is?  Hopefully it is perfectly obvious without being too in your face.

There is a cost to getting traffic to your website.  Make sure you make efficient use of that investment with a website that works, a website that generates leads, walk-in traffic to your store, or sales through your ecommerce channels.
